I turn BIG goals into REAL results
I take things that live in the ether, such as sales goals, tool adoption, new strategies, even creative ideas—and break them down into how people actually learn, practice, and apply them. Big ideas are easy to talk about. Execution is where most of them fall apart. I focus on turning those ideas into something people can actually practice, use, and succeed with in real life. I’ve done this at organizations like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cray Inc., Ameriprise Financial, and American Express—as well as with small businesses and non-profits that are still thriving because of the work we did together. Because ideas don’t create results. What people do with them does. In a former but no less important life, I was a theatre director, playwright, and producer. (I would even posit that this experience is what sets me apart.)
Formal education matters, too, so I invested in a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Minnesota, and a Masters in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. But enough about me. |
