I'm Cherie Anderson, Founder & Chief Experience Officer of Dream Lab, LLC, and I'm so pumped that you're here!

Yet so often the solutions you might find don't quite fit your situation, or the work feels so daunting that you're not sure if you'll ever make progress.

Dream Lab is different. (Dare I say, better!)

​I specialize in custom training, coaching, and other experiences that start with YOU & your dreams (aggressive sales goals, starting a new business, defining a company strategy, writing that new book, etc.) and break them down into steps you can immediately do the next day.

In other words, your big ideas become real results, faster.

About my journey

​I have 15 years of experience creating vibrant communities -- including customer service, sales, and corporate organizations, as well as artists, entrepreneurs, authors, and social justice activists -- by leading training classes, facilitating large and small groups, designing curricula, coaching learners, and producing events.

In a former but no less important life, I was a theatre director, playwright, and producer. (I would even posit that this experience is what sets Dream Lab apart in the dream achievement space!) 

If resumés are your jam, I'm delighted to report that I’ve worked at Dream Lab Theatre (co-artistic director), American Express, Ameriprise Financial, Cray, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as with numerous start-ups. I’ve also collaborated with several authors and speakers.

 - Increased Dream Lab audience numbers by 600%
 - Grown sales pipelines by 300% and revenue by 200% at Cray

Formal education matters, too, so I invested in a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Minnesota, and a Masters in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
