Finding your niche changes everything.
Most new insurance reps stall because they try to be everything to everyone. This module helps you find the specific market where you'll have natural credibility, real access, and genuine passion — and then build a concrete plan to start there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS MODULE
You'll have a real conversation with an AI coach that pushes you to get specific. You'll research your niche, teach it back, explore your own LinkedIn network for warm leads, draft your first real outreach message, and leave with a 30-day action plan your manager will see.
Plan for 60–90 minutes. This isn't something to rush. The reps who invest real time here build their pipeline faster than anyone else. Come back to it if you need to — your progress is saved as you go.
